Bro. Carl Fair
Bro. Carl was saved in 1977 at the age of sixteen and ordained as a deacon in 1996. Carl surrendered his life to preach on December 28, 2008 and was ordained to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ on May 3rd, 2009. He obtained a bachelors degree in business marketing in 1985 from Henderson State University and is currently working on a second bachelors degree in Christian counseling from Patriot Bible University. He has been married to Betina Bell Fair for thirty years and has three daughters: Derinda, Monica, and Kisha; two sons: Zack, and Isaiah, and two sons-in-law: Jon and Robert. Carl feels like the purpose of our youth ministry is to reach the lost for Jesus Christ, and equip the saved with the knowledge and understanding to defend their faith.

Bro. Ron Riemar
Bro. Ron grew up in Arizona where he committed his life to the Lord and surrendered to the Ministry. Ron has served in churches in Texas and Arkansas for 30 years. His passion is to lead people to experience the manifest presence of the Lord through music. Ron has a BS degree from Excelsior University. He and his wife, Vickie have been married since 1982 and they have 2 children in College, Lauren and Stephen. Ron loves to play his guitar, teach, and spend time with people. In his off time rides his motorcycle, hunts and fishes, and loves to spend time in the great outdoors with his family.

Bro. Jerry Strasner
Bro. Jerry was saved in June of 2008. He and his wife Misti have two children Sophie and Samuel. Bro. Jerry earned his Bachelor degree in Physical Education at Henderson State and his Masters degree from Educational Leadership at Harding. Jerry came to DABC as the Bi-Vocational Director of Education in May of 2011.

Tanya Bell
Tanya was saved in 1988. Tanya earned her BS degree in Poultry Science from U of A in Fayetteville, AR. in 2005. Tanya and her husband Clint were married in 1997. They have three children Hannah, Justin, and Gabriel.
